Using your NHS account, you can:
- order repeat prescriptions
- view your test results online
- see parts of your health record
- check or cancel appointments
- see your vaccination record
You will need to set up an NHS login. Read about how to set up an NHS login.
Once you have set up your NHS login, you can log in to your NHS account or download the NHS App onto your phone.
We may need to verify your identity before you can view all information in your NHS account. To do this:
- visit the surgery and ask for an online access form
- return it with photo ID
- wait for us to send you your verification details (usually within 48 hours)
