HAVE YOUR SAY
South Brent Health Centre is eager to ensure that local people are actively involved in deciding how the health services they use should develop. We realise that people are generally very busy and may not have time to come to the surgery for meetings, therefore we are forming a 'virtual group' that can exchange views, participate in practice surveys and with whom we can consult from time to time by e.mail. However if you don't have an e.mail address you can still get involved just hand your details in at reception.
