Did you know you can access GP services from your computer, tablet or mobile phone with Patient Online?  You can book GP appointments, view a partial summary of your health record which includes Medication, Allergies and Immunisation history or renew prescriptions via the clinical system.  To register for this service please come to the surgery reception for further details.  You will need 2 forms of identification (one needs to be photo ID such as a passport or driver's licence, the other a utility bill to confirm your residence) to access this service. South Brent & District Caring Service

South Brent Caring is a befriending service based at the Old School Community Centre which is aimed at helping people in South Brent and neighborough parishes, offered by volunteers living in the same area.  People can contact this service themselves for support or be referred through families, friends, neighbours or through Health & Social Care agencies.  The service will only support when people wish for help.  You do not have to be a member to use the service.
The aim is to improve the quality of life and promote the independence of the older, isolated and vulnerable members of the community by the provision of services not normally available or recogised service providers.
