Foot Care

Do you want happy feet?

If you need help with cutting you toe nails and looking after your feet come to us.

Affordable foot care and toe nail cutting services were set up across Devon with funding from the NHS and Devon County and have now been running for six years. The service is for older or disabled people who cannot care for their own feet and have no willing or able relatives who can help them.

You need to know that you won’t be eligible if you have: Diabetes, poor circulation, severely thickened, painful or deformed toenails, anybody taking anti-coagulants or anybody seeking treatment for a foot problem other than uncomplicated nail care.

Trained volunteers are available to cut your nails at the Old School, Totnes Road South Brent TQ10 9BP

The charges are : £10.50 first visit including clippers, £6.50 for toe nail cutting, £2.50 for finger nail cutting.

We now have a few vacancies so pick up an application form from the Old School and, if you are eligible for this service you can make an appointment by ringing 01364 72700 Mon-Fri 9am-1.00pm.
